What counts as an active agent?
Any non-deactivated agent, recruiter, or team-leader seat — plus any candidate account that has activated. We never charge for pending invites or deactivated users.
Can I change plans?
Yes, instantly. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately, prorated. Change from Settings → Billing anytime.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Add a payment method any time during the trial and it takes over on day 15. If you don't, your account pauses (data is fully retained) until you add payment.
Do agents pay?
Never. Agencies pay for the platform — agents and recruits are always free to invite and never see a paywall.
