Privacy Policy — Agent Launch OS

Agent Launch OS ("we", "us", "Agent Launch OS") provides software for life insurance agencies to recruit, license, contract, and manage producers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

Account information — name, email, password, phone, agency name, and role.
Agency and recruit data — records your agency enters or imports about candidates, recruits, and agents, including licensing status, contracting progress, exam status, and pipeline stage.
Uploaded documents — files uploaded as proof of licensing, pre-licensing coursework, contracting paperwork, or agent onboarding.
Payment data — subscription and billing information is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data — logs of feature usage, device and browser information, IP address, and diagnostic information used to keep the service reliable.
Communications — email and SMS messages sent or received through the platform, and support conversations.

2. How we use information

To provide, operate, and improve the Agent Launch OS platform.
To process subscription payments and prevent fraud.
To send transactional messages (account notices, billing receipts, licensing reminders, invite links) and — with consent — product updates.
To provide customer support and respond to requests.
To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.

3. Third-party processors

We share limited data with the following processors to run the service:

Stripe — payment processing and subscription billing.
Supabase — application database, authentication, and file storage.
Resend — transactional email delivery.
Twilio — SMS delivery.
ElevenLabs — voice generation for practice and training features.

Each processor is bound by its own agreement to use the data only to provide services to us.

4. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you signed in and to secure the service. We may use limited first-party analytics cookies to understand product usage. We do not sell your personal information.

5. Data retention

We retain account and agency data for as long as your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is typically retained for up to 90 days to allow reactivation, then deleted or de-identified, except where longer retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention and financial recordkeeping.

6. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing support@agentlaunchos.com. Agencies are responsible for responding to access and deletion requests from their own recruits and agents; we will assist as the service provider.

7. Children

Agent Launch OS is not directed to individuals under 18. Recruits entered into an agency's workspace must be 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. SMS and email consent

By providing your phone number in signup, invite, or profile forms, you consent to receive transactional SMS from Agent Launch OS and the agency that invited you (for example, invite links, licensing reminders, and appointment nudges). Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, or HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for the full policy.

Email communications include billing notices, security alerts, and licensing reminders. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time via the unsubscribe link.

9. Security

We use industry-standard safeguards including encrypted transport (TLS), encrypted storage at rest, role-based access controls, and row-level database security. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your data.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes will be communicated by email.
