Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Agent Launch OS platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. The Service

Agent Launch OS is software for life insurance agencies to recruit, license, contract, and manage producers. Agencies subscribe on behalf of their organization and invite recruits, agents, and staff to use the platform under the agency's workspace.

2. Accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@agentlaunchos.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

3. Subscription, trial, and billing

• New agency subscriptions start with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to begin the trial.
• You will not be charged during the trial. At the end of the trial, your card is automatically charged for your selected plan and billed monthly (or annually if you selected annual billing) until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancellation is effective at the end of the current billing period; you retain access through that date.
• Fees are stated in USD and exclude any applicable taxes.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or third-party right.
• Upload malicious code, attempt to breach security, or reverse engineer the Service.
• Send unsolicited messages or scrape data from the platform.
• Use recruit or agent data for any purpose other than legitimate agency operations.

5. Agency responsibility for recruit data

Agencies are the controllers of the data they enter about their recruits and agents. The agency is responsible for having lawful basis to collect and use that data, for honoring access and deletion requests from its own recruits, and for its own communications sent through the platform (including SMS and email).

6. Intellectual property

Agent Launch OS and all related software, designs, and content are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. Content your agency uploads remains your property; you grant us the rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGENT LAUNCH OS AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS OR REVENUE, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

You may cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; data retention follows our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Exclusive jurisdiction and venue for any dispute lies in the state or federal courts located in Illinois.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
