SMS Terms & Consent

Program description

Agent Launch OS uses SMS to send transactional messages on behalf of subscribing agencies and the platform itself. Examples include:

• Invite links to join an agency's recruit pipeline.
• Onboarding and next-step reminders (pre-licensing, exam scheduling, contracting).
• Appointment confirmations and reminders.
• Account and security notifications (for example, password reset codes).

Consent

By providing your mobile number in a signup form, invite link response, or agency profile, you consent to receive SMS messages from Agent Launch OS and, where applicable, the agency that invited you. Consent to receive marketing SMS is not a condition of purchasing the Service or accepting an invite.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your activity and your agency's workflow. Typical volume is a few messages per week per active recipient.

Charges

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan.

Opting out

Reply STOP at any time to opt out of SMS from a given sender. You will receive one confirmation message and no further texts from that program. To rejoin, reply START or ask your agency to re-send an invite.

Supported carriers

SMS is delivered via Twilio and supported on all major U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

Mobile numbers and messaging activity are handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing.
