We keep this simple.

Cancel during your 14-day trial — pay nothing

Every new agency subscription starts with a 14-day free trial. If you cancel any time before the trial ends, your card is never charged.

Monthly charges after the trial

Once your trial ends and billing starts, monthly (and annual) charges are non-refundable. When you cancel, your subscription remains active through the end of the current billing period, and you keep full access until that date. You will not be charged again.

How to cancel

Sign in and go to Settings → Billing to cancel yourself in seconds. If you need help, email support@agentlaunchos.com and we'll take care of it.

Exceptions

If we made a billing error, contact us at support@agentlaunchos.com within 30 days of the charge and we will investigate and correct it.
